Rhubarb curd
This is heavenly — bright, tart, and creamy. I will definitely be making this part of my regular spring rotation! I added a tiny bit of freeze dried raspberry powder, but I will add more next time to get a pinker color.

Early morning harvest. Time to do some cooking. Trying a recipe for rhubarb curd, making some asparagus soup, and drying some mallow for teas during cold and flu season.

It started with a quiet winter moment.

A guest snapped a photo of our sheep and goats standing together in the snow, the barn behind them, everything still and bright.

That image stayed with Florine Porter, a frequent visitor to the farm and a gifted artist. She turned it into a watercolor that feels just like that day—peaceful, simple, and full of life.

Now, Christmas at Paradise Farm—beautifully framed and matted with UV glass—is ready for a new home.
