I'm sorry if I didn't respond to your comment or message but I pretty much sold everything instantly. That being said I do have 8 New York strips and 1 Filet Mignon left, so if you're interested in those let me know. I will have more beef back in stock the week after next so if you would like to place a pre-order on that let me know as well. 🐃🥩

Good afternoon! I wanted to put out a feeler post here to see how much interest there is in buying bulk beef this year. The price per half is approximately $1800-$2200 give or take some depending on final weight. This price includes processing costs. There is a $200 non-refundable fee per half to reserve your spot. The time to place your order is now. I have availabilities in June, July, August, September and late December. If you have any further questions or would like to reserve a spot please comment or message me. There will be no holds without the $200 holding fee. Hopefully these spots fill quick so don't wait.
