I was born in Middle East and raised in Michigan. I have a deep passion and love for cooking. I believe cooking is something very intimate and allows me to express myself. Cooking revolves around family, friends and love. This is especially true for me because many

of my cooking skills were cultivated by my mother and grandmother. My mom has been and continues to be one of my greatest supporters; the wisdom she has given me over the years has shaped me tremendously. From a young age, great food has always been a great passion of mine. This passions stems from the great ingredients and flavors found in Middle Eastern cuisine and the loving family and friends with whom I am able to share my passion. I love healthy food, especially healthy food that tastes fantastic, fortunately Mediterranean cuisine is considered one of the healthiest diets in the world. For me, food is more than nutrition, food signifies preparing food for my family. My dream is to travel the world and learn new cooking techniques from wise grandmothers. I hope this blog allows me to share my passion with you and that you will come come to learn great recipes and share them with those you love.
