**Monday - Chicken Marsala
Lightly flowered, sautéed chicken in a marsala wine sauce with
fresh spinach, shallots, and mushrooms.
Served over fresh polenta. Dinner salad included.

**Tuesday - Ginger Shrimp Salad
Shredded red and green cabbage, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.
Topped with chopped peanuts and marinated ginger shrimp over vermicelli.
Soy sauce & garlic ginger sauce included.

**Wednesday - Salmon Piccata
Grilled Salmon in a lemon butter, white wine sauce with
fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and capers.
Served over roasted garlic orzo.

Pounded, baked fried Amish chicken, served with
roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables.
Topped with garlic lemon cream sauce. Dinner salad included.

**Tuesday – Michigan Salad with Grilled Chicken
Fresh Mixed greens topped off with, shredded carrots, caramelized walnuts, cranberries, sliced apples, goat cheese and red onion.
Homemade balsamic raspberries vinaigrette and dinner roll included.

**Wednesday – Grilled Salmon
Grilled Salmon in a soy ginger glaze served over mixed vegetables and basmati rice.

**Thursday – Fettucine Alfredo
Fettuccine tossed with Homemade Alfredo sauce and topped with grilled chicken. Dinner salad and garlic bread included.
