One year ago, Shake Up Wellness Café opened its doors with a simple dream: to create a space where our community could gather, fuel their bodies, and feel their best.

Over the past year, we’ve shared countless smoothies, coffees, conversations, celebrations, and friendships and we couldn’t have done it without YOU.

To celebrate our first birthday, we’re throwing a week-long party!
