It Friday and it’s a beautiful day to head up the hill! We have b**rs, treats and live music this evening from Jennings & McComber - starts at 6pm.

As we creep into the bulk of the harvest season many of our dishes now incorporate things we are growing directly on our farm. We are happy to have made our first shish*to harvest and we have them on special this week!

Join us on this beautiful Sunday on the hill! We just freshly tapped one of our favorite b**rs we have produced this year.

2024 Gidget: Plum - 5.0%

Chardonnay Barrel aged farmhouse using our house yeast for 12 months. Further conditioned on Vermont Methley Plums from Champlain Orchards. As we continue our series of fruited farmhouse ales each years version gives us the opportunity to explore new profiles of fruit from either our farm or local Vermont farms.

This version is Gidget offers a slight touch of acidity largely developed from the addition of the plums while adding a balance offresh fruit while still providing a light body to allow for continued sipping.

We are open today! We come relax with us today and enjoy b**rs, food and live music.

We are closed tomorrow for the holiday - open Sunday with normal hours.

We have twin barrel aged b**rs with different finishing processes.

Slate - Double Chocolate Stout aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for 12 a months. Bottled conditioned on honey for 6 months. Rich notes of bourbon chocolate, toffee and honey - 500 ml

Obsidian - Double Chocolate Stout aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for 12 months with 802 Coffee and Organic Vanilla Beans. Bottled conditioned for 6 months. Mellow coffee complimented by the oak of the barrel and touch of vanilla on the back end to round it out - 500 ml

Whew that was some rain! The sun is starting to peak out though and we are open for dinner.

Blood Orange is back in cans on draft and the spring release of Pickle Kisser!

Pickle Kisser is our seasonal light sour brewed with rhubarb from our farm, dill and lemon. We dry hopped this years batch with what is becoming our favorite hop - Nectaron! This is a beautiful hybrid between sour and hoppy. Available in cans on draft this weekend!

Reminder we closed this Friday (6/19)for a private event.

We are excited to announce our newest release in bottle format this week, Intergalactic Access!

Intergalactic Access - Bourbon Barrel Aged American Porter - 7.5%

Aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for 12 months. Extended aging of this moderate ABV Porter has allowed chocolate malts to shine through. Cacao, bourbon and caramel come through without the high levels of sweetness found in many b**rs of this style.

Unique in its own outright and delicious! On tap currently for you to enjoy a small pour

Farm fresh greens incoming! We soon will be serving up produce grown right at our facility through out the summer months using organic methods of growing on all our crops. Our goal this year is to grow things that you will notice a difference in flavor being grown onsite and picked fresh weekly. Though it’s been a lot to work and a learning curve to make the jump scale in growing we are super excited!
