One new product to look forward to once the new location is fully up and running is having my family’s locally made maple syrup available for purchase!

There we be regular and vanilla infused 🥞

I have very big news to share… I am moving into my very own building! 😄

This move will be happening in mid April, but rest assured that it will be seamless and a very easy adjustment for all of my guests as it is less than a mile from my current location.

More details will be shared soon, thank you all for the continued support and opportunity to guide you along your wellness journeys.

Weather was on our side yesterday and we’ve got a total of about 2,100 gallons of sap to boil today ( 1,600 gallons just from yesterday alone!)

Today we will be out in the Sap Shack boiling the sap down and turning it into delicious maple syrup.

Did you know on average it takes 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup?

Syrup season 2026 has begun! We have already boiled our first batch of syrup yesterday and have made 7 gallons so far. 🍁

Hi everyone,
Many of you have been here since the early days when I (Erin) first started this page to share our family’s farm journey. After we sold the cows, it became a place to highlight my dad’s maple syrup and wood business, and I’m so grateful for all the support you’ve shown along the way.
What I haven’t shared here yet is the path my life has taken since leaving the farm. In 2022, I began training at the Naturopathic Institute, and this summer I became a licensed massage therapist. It’s been such a meaningful new chapter, blending my love for natural health and bodywork.

In December my cousin Eric David passed away unexpectedly from a massive heart attack. He was a well known person of our community, growing up here, serving in multiple branches of the service and calling West Branch home for many years. He was always a giving soul, willing to help others.

Today is a benefit for his wife and two sons who he left behind. If you are able to attend it is appreciated. Our syrup will be available for your pancakes as well as a donation basket from us as well.
