Real Hugo Kitty Exploring food and finding that one recipe that blows your socks off, that is my goal. I then post the results if it's a winner, or a complete dud.

My mission is to go through the recipe box, clippings, and those dusty old cookbooks that seem to never see the light of day. Each week I pick at random either book, box, or binder (magazine clippings) and the fallowing day I have to make one, regardless if it sounds good or not. I also like to find new uses for leftovers that can make one meal good, but a second even better. I like to leave note

Yum yum eat it up. Made the Pork Chops with sweet potatoes & savory maple spice from with my subscription. My man doesn’t even like sweet potatoes and he loved this dinner. My dad said it was one of the best pork chops he ever had. I’d do this dinner again.

Baked Ziti Keto Style!!!!

Who says you can have a healthy (keto) Mac and cheese at work.

6oz cauliflower frozen
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 large handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.

Microwave the cauliflower 4:30-5 mins
Strain if needed
Add heavy cream and cheese, stir and microwave 1 more min.

Enjoy!!!!
