Happy International Women’s day! One day a year isn’t nearly enough to celebrate all of the amazing, intelligent, powerful and caring women in our lives, but here we are and y’all rock.

One of those amazing women is my partner in business and life, the one and only, Sarah! Sarah is an absolute guiding beacon for Hillside Botanicals and beyond. When not in the field farming you’ll find Sarah making products, sourcing ingredients, bookkeeping, organizing events and retreats, and so much more. She’s a rockstar.

Major, Major farm update! We completed the production barn renovations!

I took this video over a week ago, but life happens 🤷‍♂️.

So many thanks to everyone who made this possible, which includes everyone who has ever bought a product, visited the nursery, shopped with us at the Burlington Farmers Market.

Our annual Winter Break is coming! ☀️

We’re taking a little time to recharge our batteries (and maybe our vitamin D levels!) from January 7-22. While we’re enjoying warmer weather and fresh perspectives, we’ll be adjusting our usual shipping schedule.

What this means for you:

• Orders placed between now and January 5 will ship as usual.

• We’ll still be accepting orders online, but expect a slight delay in fulfillment - Orders placed after January 5th will start shipping the week of January 26th

We appreciate your patience while we take this time to rest and return refreshed (and hopefully a little sun-kissed!)

Siding is now complete! (for the winter).

Took advantage of some (bearably) warmer days recently and finished up the clapboard siding and soffit on the side of the production barn!

All the clapboard was sourced locally from Ward Clapboard Mill which has been operated by the Ward family since 1864!

Our holiday sale ended last week and the last day was our single biggest online sales day ever! Thank you all so much! You rock!

Your purchases during the holiday sale made a good dent in the remaining material costs we have to finish our production space. Every purchase you all make with us get directly invested back into this space and therefore our local community so thank you all so much.
