Our little hillside farm began with a six person CSA and one of us working the farm full time. We have expanded over the years, shifted to three of us on farm full time (and one part time), cultivated more land, added animals, and expanded markets. The mission has always been to sustain our community with nourishing food and care for the land while doing the work we love. Our CSA has always been at the heart of what we do. They provide us funds in the early months of the year, share in the highs and lows of the growing season, and show up every week to engage and connect. While we hope to be sustaining our whole community, we are aware that our CSA sustains us. We have four summer CSA shares left! Won’t you consider joining us?

Yesterday we hosted a Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street cooking class on our farm. We shared our story and the land with a wonderful group of kind and curious individuals. They toured our farm and engaged in meaningful conversation about how we farm and care for the land. They transplanted seedlings into our CSA herb garden. And, they enjoyed pizza on the hill from our brick hearth oven. Pizzas were made with NEK Grains flour, Jasper Hill Farm cheese and our veggies and lamb. It was a beautiful day!

Wednesday was potato planting day! Makail built us a potato planter modeled after others that he has observed in operation. Worked like a charm!

Oh, by the way, our farmstand is stocked! Radishes, bok choy, kale, chard, lettuce, spinach, arugula, eggs, lamb, maple syrup, plants for your home garden and more! Open 9am to 7pm!

We are bringing new produce to the farmstand every week now. Check it out! Bok choy, chard and radishes are the most recent additions. And, we have plants! Open daily ALL YEAR LONG 9am to 7pm!
