If I could go back to 2021 and give myself a little advice before starting Olive & Meadow… I would have a LOT to say. 😂
So much of what I’ve learned over the last 5 years could only come from actually doing it…making mistakes, figuring things out as I went, growing a team, opening a storefront, and realizing that what works when you’re starting out doesn’t always work when you’re growing.
These are a few things I would do differently if I were starting my charcuterie business today.
And honestly, I’m still learning every day.
