So delicious you may not want to share!

Sirius Lion's Mane Mushroom Cakes
8 oz Sirius Lion's Mane Mushroom
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup finely diced onion
1 tablespoon mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons of oil to fry

Tartar Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise/vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
¼ teaspoon old bay seasoning

Had a great time yesterday at the Downingtown Strawberry Market! We appreciate everyone coming out and supporting us. Next week Lion's Mane and Bear's Head will be back in production.

Another great day at the Eagleview market! I thank everyone for coming and hope you all enjoy the Chestnut mushrooms that sold out. I will have Blue Oysters, Black Pearl and Pioppino for Saturday at Downingtown.

Thank you all for coming to the Downingtown farmers market today! I didn't expect to sell out so quickly and will do my best to bring enough mushrooms for everyone each week. Lion's Mane and Bear's Head will be sold out until the 2nd or 3rd week of June.
