I had an awesome lunch/brunch yesterday at Stolen Sun brewery in Exton yesterday. I was accompanied by my wife as well as my friend/“culinary mentor” Chef Matt from Dragonfly Catering. The Bloody Mary was bomb! The cheese garnish was very welcomed. I couldn’t decide between the brisket cheesesteak or the Ruben. I went with the Ruben and it did not disappoint. The brisket poutine was great. “Uncle John” and his team are doing great things in Exton. Definitely check them out if you haven’t yet.

I have some big news folks! I am the new pit master at the new and improved Brickette Lounge. We are looking for people who love bbq to join our team. We are still looking for a general manager, as well as bartenders, meat slicers, pit hands, and overall great people to join us on the journey. Amazing things are going to happen. Holy pork! This recipe is definitely a keeper. Korean style pulled pork. Brined pork butt with a gochujang rub; smoked on a mix of cherry, hickory, and oak wood. Finished with a soy and honey bbq sauce. It is so darn good. Let me know if you want me to whip up a tray for a family bbq or a party with friends!
