Once you have unloaded you must park both your trailer and vehicles in either the Livestock Parking Lot or the overflow parking (BBQ Cook-Off Lot)
We will have exhibitors coming and going all throughout the day and must keep the barn clear for those exhibitors.

Brand new shavings are down in the main cattle portion of the barn. We put up additional panels on the southwest side of the barn for overflow and there aren’t any shaving there.

You can move in as early as 12:00 Friday

You don’t have to check in Friday, you can check in on Saturday if you don’t want to move in on Friday.

There will not be a Friday Clinic.

Stalls have brand new shavings down throughout the main part (3/4) of the barn.

The overflow part of the barn will be stalls with concrete so if you want to stall there then bring your own shavings

All types of shavings are allowed including pelleted.

There are RV Spots …. You must call before 5pm Friday to reserve a spot.

NEW ADDED SCHOLARSHIPS
Awarding guaranteed 5 - $1,000 scholarships.

Barn will be available for move in late Friday and Early Saturday.

Once you have unloaded you must move your vehicle and trailer to the parking lot. ……………..

We have people moving in and out all throughout the day so we do this so they can get to the barn to have easy access to move their tack in and out.

Only cattle in the stalls… no tack, feed, show boxes or furniture in the stalls so we have plenty of room for everyone.
