Follow recipe⬇️⬇️⬇️ Starbucks Pumpkin Muffins easy and quick! This is one of my favorite old recipes that taste so good!!!

SAVE THE RECIPE
1 sugar-free yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
15 ounces pumpkin purée

Topping
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sweetener
1 large egg

🎃bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes. May need more additional time depending on Oven. Make sure the center is done.

1. Italian Chopped Pasta Salad
Cook 8 oz protein pasta and let it cool. In a large bowl, mix the pasta with 1 cup chickpeas, 1 chopped cucumber, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, 1/2 cup feta cheese, and fresh basil. Toss with 1/3 cup Italian dressing. Chill before serving.
Approx protein: 28g per serving.
2. Greek Protein Pasta Salad
Cook 8 oz protein pasta and cool. Add to a bowl with 1 cup chickpeas, 1 chopped cucumber, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, and 1/2 cup feta. For the dressing, mix 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1-2 tosp lemon juice, a little dill, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and chill.
Approx protein: 29g per serving.
3. Southwest Avocado Pasta Salad
Cook 8 oz protein pasta and cool. Mix with 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup corn, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado diced, and 1/4 cup red onion. Stir together 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, juice of 1 lime, chopped cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper for the dressing. Toss and serve chilled.
Approx protein: 27g per serving.
4. Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad
Cook 8 oz protein pasta and cool. Add 11/2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, and a handful of spinach. Toss with 1/3 cup pesto, 2 tosp olive oil, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Chill before serving.
Approx protein: 32g per serving.

Cook 8 oz protein pasta and cool. Mix with 1 cup edamame, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup shredded red cabbage, and 2 chopped green onions. For the dressing, whisk together 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tosp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and a little garlic if you want. Toss and top with sesame seeds.
Approx protein: 26g per serving.

1. Apple Pie Protein Smoothie 🍎
Blend 1 small apple, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½–1 cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ tsp cinnamon, a splash of vanilla and ice. Optional: add sugar-free maple syrup for extra sweetness. Blend until creamy.

2. Apple Pie Cottage Cheese Bowl 🥧
Blend 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese with a splash of vanilla and sweetener until smooth. Top with ½ diced apple cooked with cinnamon, 1 tbsp chopped pecans and a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup. For extra apple pie flavor, add a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.

3. Apple Pie Overnight Oats 🍏
Mix ½ cup rolled oats, ½ scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ diced apple, ½ tsp cinnamon and sweetener to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Top with extra cinnamon and warm apples before serving.

4. Apple Pie Protein Ice Cream 🍨
Blend 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ cup unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla and a splash of almond milk. Freeze until firm, then blend again until creamy. If using a Ninja Creami, freeze overnight and spin on Lite Ice Cream. Top with cinnamon apples.

5. Apple Pie Protein Dump Cake 🍎🥧
Add 1 diced apple mixed with cinnamon and sweetener to a small baking dish. Mix ½ cup protein pancake mix with ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce and enough almond milk to make a thick batter. Spoon over the apples and bake at 350°F for about 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Serve warm with a little Greek yogurt or a scoop of protein ice cream.
