π BIRTHDAY CAKE CHEESECAKE JAR (32g Protein)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp sprinkles
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix with yogurt, protein powder, and pudding mix. Layer into a jar and top with sprinkles. Chill 1 hour before serving.
π΅ MATCHA VANILLA CHEESECAKE JAR (28g Protein)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp sliced almonds
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix with yogurt, protein powder, and matcha. Layer into a jar and top with almonds. Refrigerate until cold.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cold brew concentrate
1 tsp cocoa powder
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup lemon Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese until creamy. Mix with yogurt, pudding mix, and lemon zest. Layer into a jar and top with graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp PB Fit
1 tsp cocoa powder
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix all ingredients until creamy. Chill and enjoy.
