Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp sprinkles
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix with yogurt, protein powder, and pudding mix. Layer into a jar and top with sprinkles. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp sliced almonds
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese smooth. Mix with yogurt, protein powder, and matcha. Layer into a jar and top with almonds. Refrigerate until cold.

Mexican Street Corn Burger πŸ” 🌽
I grilled Schweid & Sons chuck and brisket burger patties alongside fresh corn, and this combination did not disappoint. Juicy burgers, creamy street corn, and plenty of flavor in every bite.
RECIPE
β€’ Schweid & Sons Chuck & Brisket Burger Patties
β€’ 2 ears grilled corn, kernels removed
β€’ 1 tbsp butter
β€’ 2 tbsp mayo
β€’ ΒΌ cup Cotija cheese
β€’ Tajin, to taste
β€’ Fresh cilantro, chopped
β€’ Muenster cheese slices
Grill burgers and corn. Remove corn kernels from the cob and mix with butter, mayo, Cotija cheese, Tajin, and cilantro. Top burgers with Muenster cheese and allow it to melt. Finish with the elote mixture and enjoy!

Butter Chicken Dressing
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Ingredients

* 1Β½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks
* Wooden or metal skewers

Marinade

* ΒΌ cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce
* 1 tbsp honey (or sugar-free honey substitute)
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* Β½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken
* Whisk together all marinade ingredients.
* Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
2. Prep skewers
* If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
* Thread chicken onto skewers.
3. Air fry
* Preheat air fryer to 380Β°F.
* Place skewers in a single layer.
* Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Glaze
* During the last 2 minutes, brush with a little extra BBQ sauce.
* Air fry until lightly caramelized and chicken reaches 165Β°F internally
