A Lyman update: Our Lyman is doing remarkably well, of course there is a but. He needs to take it a wee bit slower than he would like and that has led to a few setbacks. We are still processing each week, just a bit slower. Our Crew has been the best. We thank them with all our briney hearts.

Our Lyman and I are at Lanesborough Local Country Store . Dropped off some of our Yum and decided to have lunch here. WOW what a fantastic place to stop and have lunch, grab, a coffee or something for dinner. Or ice cream or a great dessert. Or a gift for your favorite person.

Here at Lyman's Specialties, Lyman's Country Style, we are proud of the fact that we are a small batch producer with a small group, four and a half of us, of people that bring you all the Yum.
However, right now our Lyman is recovering from ten broken ribs and other contusions. Hang in there with us, it's only onward.

Hey Pickle Peeps, just a FYI: Our mail order/website orders are getting paid some love by our number one packer, but because of Lyman 's ten broken ribs and such, we are still navigating our way without Lyman's presence. He is mending and we are moving forward with care.
