Jordan, Bryant, and Andy were out in the woods today doing some maintenance on the sap lines. This is something that has to be done every year before we tap to make sure there are no fallen trees or issues with the lines that could prevent the sap from flowing correctly. Special thanks to Andy for lugging the tote up the hill!

Did you know that it takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup? Despite this year's short season, we were still able to produce over 100 gallons of syrup. That means we collected roughly 4,000 gallons of sap!
