It's Homecoming weekend in Fargo! The North Dakota State Bison are playing the Wyoming Cowboys. We will be having our BBQ cookout and will be serving Brisket, pulled pork, Texas Chili, salads and more (donation jar will be out)! Rumor has it some former Bison players and other VIP's will be showing up! If interested we are in the GA lot to the south by the softball fields! BYOB, and if you want to bring something to share, please do!

Not a competition cook tonight but a comfort cook for Sunday dinner. Chicken rubbed down with Richard Fergola Barbecue Seasonings Butter Pecan rub and Sweet rub, then glazed with Richard Fergola BBQ Apple Chipotle sauce. Cooked on the Weber Grills 22 inch Kettle grill with Royal Oak Charcoal lump coal in the Vortex, with one chunk of Smokey Woods hickory. Serving up with buttery garlic rice pilaf and steamed vegetables. What are you cooking up tonight??
