Know any kids passionate about livestock? 🐐 Here’s a great opportunity to get involved. The Livestock Enrichment Program Information Meeting is tonight. A free program that gives youth ages 8–18 the chance to raise and show livestock at the Red River Valley Fair. Email [email protected] with any questions!

The Livestock Enrichment Program Information Meeting originally scheduled for February 18 is taking place tonight in the Hartl Building at 6pm tonight!

Do you know a youth ages 8–18 who dreams of working with animals? The 2026 Livestock Enrichment Program gives participants the opportunity to raise and show livestock at the Red River Valley Fair — completely FREE.

Animals are housed at the fairgrounds, participants help care for them, and each animal is shown at the Fair and sold at the Livestock Auction — with proceeds going directly to the youth.

This program is designed for kids who may not otherwise have access to livestock opportunities, with all costs covered by the RRVF Foundation thanks to generous sponsors.

We’re welcoming over 150 third graders into our Ag Education Building on March 4 & 5 for hands-on learning about where their food comes from — and we’d love your help!

Volunteering is fun, meaningful, and easy. You don’t need an agriculture background — we provide everything you need.

What these students learn here sticks with them. They go home excited, asking questions, and sharing their new knowledge with their families. It truly makes an impact.
