Beautiful day today, plus got a little farm work in. My sinuses still don’t like hay. Got to MacGyver a hydraulic hose for the last two and half rows. Figure out a fan belt on the bobcat. All in a days work for 31 bales.

Got the chain back together on the combine. While it was down. Did some metal work. Straightened out some roofing and used it to patch a hole on the bin.

Had to put a load on the motor to break in and set the new sleeves that were installed. Figured the disk would be a good way to stress the motor.

Head is back off the 656. Been working on getting the fuel pump primed, we were going to put a vacuum on the injector line to help pull the fuel. From day one of putting the motor back together we had a tick on the 3rd push rod. Well tonight we lost the tick. Come to find out the lifter came out at some point and we never opened the side of the motor to find it. New parts are on way.
