I’m sad to announce I stepped on my asparagus and snapped a whole stem off. Hopefully it sprouts more stems so it has a better chance of living. I wanna make this whole section asparagus, I just wanted to make sure that it was going to home well here

Edit: rabbits ate the rest and now I have no stem lol

We just got a visit from a brown headed cowbird! I love birds so much. They’re so unique in so many ways.

Sam’s bird feeder finally got a bird grazing on our feed! This is an American goldfinch. He came back multiple times today. The rest of the videos are shared in the comment thread. ENJOY!!

This page is ran by our friend Nick Craciun. Creation's Backyard has all the microgreens you could possibly want and he’s always pumping them out. Keep your eyes peeled because he just had price drops, and you cannot beat the price.

We have tried his sunflower and radish microgreens.

I forgot to share. Sam’s parents got an incubator and within this last week the chics started breaking through their eggs.

Sam and I went outside today and collected a bunch of dandelions for dandelion tea! Should be dehydrated within 12 hours lol.

We took all the green parts out of the tea blend because we wanted to avoid any bitterness. This should have a pretty light and floral taste to it with a hint of sweetness. We are excited to give it a try.
