Our generation is watching something happen in real time.

Our parents, the Baby Boomer generation, are getting older.

And for more and more families, long-term care is no longer a hypothetical conversation. It’s becoming a reality.

We’re seeing parents and grandparents need help with everyday activities. We’re seeing families step into caregiver roles. And we’re beginning to understand the emotional, physical, and financial impact that long-term care can have on an entire family.

The difficult part is that by the time care is needed, many of the planning conversations should have already happened.

That’s why the conversation should be now.

What would happen if Mom or Dad needed extended care?

Where would they want to receive it?

How would it be paid for?

Would a family member have to step away from work to help?

And most importantly, is there a plan?

Long-term care planning isn't only about protecting assets. It's about helping protect choices, independence, and the people you love from having to make difficult decisions during an already difficult time.

We’re watching the generation before us age.

Maybe one of the best things we can do is learn from it, and start the conversation before we need to have it.

Talk with your family. Review the options. And consider sitting down with a financial professional to understand how long-term care planning could fit into your overall financial picture.

Planning today can give your family more choices tomorrow.

Different careers. Different benefits. Different goals. Different financial plans.

A teacher may have a 403(b) and a pension.
A corporate employee may have a 401(k) with an employer match.
A business owner may need to create their own retirement strategy.
Someone else may be contributing to a Roth IRA or have benefits from a previous employer.

The point is, there is no one-size-fits-all financial plan.

What works for your friend, coworker, or neighbor may not be the best strategy for you.

Sometimes it's not about completely changing what you're doing. It's about understanding what you already have, identifying any gaps, and fine-tuning everything so the different pieces are working together toward your goals.

That’s why I believe everyone can benefit from sitting down with a financial professional and simply reviewing their situation.

Are you taking full advantage of your employer benefits? Are you saving in the right places? Are there gaps you haven't considered? Does your current strategy actually align with where you want to be 10, 20, or 30 years from now?

You work hard for your money. Your financial strategy should work just as hard for you.

A conversation today could help bring a lot more clarity to tomorrow.

🇺🇸 Labor Day is about more than a long weekend.

It’s a reminder of why we work so hard in the first place.

We work to provide for our families.
To create opportunities for our children.
To build a future we can be proud of.

But just as importantly, we work so we can enjoy moments like these, a backyard BBQ, a day at the lake, time with friends, or simply an extra day at home with the people who matter most.

Success isn’t only about what we accomplish at work. It’s also about having the time and freedom to enjoy the life we’re working so hard to build.

Today, I hope everyone gets a chance to put work aside, spend time with the people they care about, and appreciate the moments that make all the hard work worthwhile.

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

I like to joke that I help people get rich and stay protected while they're doing it.

In reality, I work with individuals and families to build long-term wealth, protect the people they care about, and make smarter decisions with their money.

Basically, I help make sure you're building toward the future you want, while having a plan in place for the things you hope never happen.

A year ago, I took a chance on myself.

I came from the hospitality industry, where I had spent years building teams, working with people, and learning how important communication and relationships really are.

But I was ready for something different.

I wanted more control over my time, more opportunity to grow, and a career where my income wasn't limited by someone else's idea of what I was worth.

So I made the jump into financial services, with no previous industry experience.

The biggest thing I've learned?

Sometimes your skills aren't the problem. Your opportunity is.

If you're great with people, driven, and successful in sales but feel like you've hit a ceiling, don't be afraid to see what else is out there.

The right opportunity can give you the flexibility to enjoy your life, the potential to earn based on your results, and the chance to build something you're genuinely proud of.

Sometimes the biggest career move starts with simply being willing to have a conversation.

Unsure about the right time to invest?

Flying high or dipping low, timing the market is never easy. A dollar cost averaging (DCA) account, available within a variable annuity, removes the guesswork by investing in equities at regular intervals rather than all at once.

See our Dollar Cost Averaging Advantage (DCAA) Account interest rate, available for a limited time. https://bit.ly/3TdQH3C

A program of regular investing does not ensure a profit or eliminate the risks on investing. Variable annuities are offered only by prospectus. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
