Appreciation post for all my musically talented family and friends.

I grew up surrounded by music. My uncle Jack Licitra showed us the ropes playing at south street sea port. I can remember as a young lad helping him unload the van on the lower east side for his band called the water street blues band. I remember how amazingly stoked I was when he opened for the allman brothers.

My brother Michael Fajardo The Droop IG Page had multiple bands playing the circuit between Long Island / queens / Manhattan. My favorite Venue as a young kid remains the boat basin. I can recall late nights dancing in the middle of the streets listening to the sounds of Rock music.

In my early teens / twenties I had the joy of bartending at the Dublin pub / bogarts and multiple other establishments on Hempstead turnpike. If a bar didn’t have live music then you had no reason to go there.

I’m outrageously excited to start a new adventure to hopefully bring that excitement back to Nassau county. We have installed a state of the art sound system where bands can just plug in and play.

As a small business owner I understand the dedication it takes to hone in your craft. I’m excited for the small partnerships that are about to start in our brewery.
