Huntington Meats & Farmers Market Poultry Premium custom butcher shop and poultry shop Huntington meats, came to the farmers market in 1986. Our offerings include Kobe Beef and Kurobuta Pork.

Our mission statement is to provide the highest quality products and the finest service at a reasonable price. We are proud to feature USDA PRIME BEEF from Harris Ranch which is located in Central California and provides us with all natural 80% grass fed beef finished with grain. Our beef is aged for twenty-one days and contains NO antibiotics and No hormones. Our knowledgeable staff is always rea

dy to provide you with that special cut of meat that will be just right for any occasion with a smile. Ask to see them when you come by and we will show you. All of meat is cut and ground fresh several times per day on site. We feature our very own "Nancy Silverton" Burger Blend. The is a custom blend of Prime Ground Chuck and fat from Prime Sirloins that was specially designed by Nancy herself for the perfect hamburger. We are also proud to make over fifteen varieties of fresh and smoked sausages. Our sausages contain NO MSG or Sodium Nitrates. You will appreciate the savory flavor of our fresh made sausages. We are sure to have a variety that you will enjoy. We also carry a full variety of fresh veal, Colorado lamb, Iowa pork and a large selection of wild game meats and sausages. We offer wild boar, venison, elk, buffalo, alligator, duck and pheasant.

I really miss this part of the original Farmers Market with all the mom & pop retail shops. It should never have been torn down. Especially the old Gilmore Bank.

Shops I remember include: the Indian Emporium. (I used to love their the moccasins), the turquoise jewelry stand, Manny’s Records, the original Kip's Toyland (now located across the way), David Orgell, the Button Box, the personalized stationery shop. Does anyone remember the kiosk where you'd get your name on a gold wire bracelet? (I still have mine somewhere ). Also the original location of Sticker Planet, and See Spot Run, the rubber stamp store. All the antique vendors located inside The Dell were so great! I always found something I "needed". I loved the glass blower too.
