Our client in the Hollywood Hills called us because their built-in Sub-Zero stopped cooling. Turned out the compressor was fine. The culprit was a small start relay that had failed and kept the compressor from starting.

Sometimes the reason a refrigerator stops cooling has nothing to do with the compressor or the sealed system. It's the door.
