I have been selling beef in Logan and Champaign counties for approximately 20 years. Many references available upon request. Beef is antibiotic and steroid free. Know anyone interested in freezer beef? I will give you $50 for every whole beef you can sell. Beef will go to Curlys Meats next Monday (3/6/23). I also have more beef going to the butcher at the end of March. Price is $2.75/lb hanging weight plus processing. If someone buys a whole, it is $2.65/lb hanging weight plus processing. Hanging weight for a whole should be close to 750 lbs and processing should be close to $1/lb hanging weight. If people are interested, you can give them my contact info 937-935-3151 or they can message me on Facebook. Just make sure they tell me you sent them my way so I can keep track.

We have 3 angus beef going to Curly’s Thursday this week.
2 beef are grass fed and grain finished. $2.75/lb hanging weight plus processing.
1 beef is all grass/hay fed. $3.25/lb hanging weight plus processing.
No implants or steroids for any of the beef.

I want to thank everyone for your support and business. We are currently sold out of all meat and our next beef appointments at the butcher are scheduled for January/February of 2021.

Our Story

My name is Daniel Baughman and I am the owner of Big Country Beef. I have been selling beef in Logan and Champaign county for approximately 15 years. Many references available upon request. I am currently selling individual packages of beef (see photos for prices) as well as 1/4’s, 1/2’s, and whole beef which will be processed at local butchers. The individual packages I have for sale were processed by a state inspected facility (Copey’s Meats). The beef I raise is antibiotic and steroid free.
