M & E Clublambs

We have about 90 head of ewes. The majority are blackface hamp crosses as well as some white face crosses. We utilize bucks from various breeders.

The ewe base is pretty much inhouse kept stuff with a few outside acciations every couple of years.

Congrats to Olivia Luna on her 3rd over market lamb and reserve commercial ewe at the Rooks county fair in Kansas. Both lambs are sired by thank me later.

Been a busy couple of weeks around here. I judged 2 county fairs in the last week ai'd donors and had their protocols to take care of and jammed in between that had 2 county fairs that needed to be at. No big wins but had some divisions that some kids need to be recognized for. Autumn Miller on her reserve heavy weight market lamb and reserve market ewe. Madelyn Moses on her champion Dorset advantage ewe. Haiden Gauley on her light weight reserve commercial ewe and her reserve Dorset advantage ewe. Haiden also got all dolled up and was our county fair queen. James Stutsman also showed one of Haidens sheep in the clover kids show and did a nice job. My niece Kimber though a pain in my butt more times then not had her first county fair and had a solid year with her ewe she raised. Kimber was also jr showmanship winner. She also had couple goats at the fair. She also tried something new this year and has gotten into showing call ducks. I think she's enjoyed that and sounds like wants to broaden that out. We're very proud of all your guys effort and thank you. I also wanna give a shout out to Pat Fisher for getting those donors up to the ai spot so I could be at Kimbers show. Very much appreciated

I said last year I take no genetic work for this but we are proud to add another queen to the family. This marks number 5 to the list. I guess we just have a knack for picking them

Things have been a little cool around here the last few days but the snow family had things heated up at their county fair. Congrats to Kamden on your 5th over all and Autumn on your res overall as well as winning showmanship. Proud of u both.
