With heavy hearts, we are sharing the passing of my grandma, the matriarch of our family. 🤍

She was such an important part of our family, and losing her has left a space that is impossible to put into words. Right now, our family needs some time to grieve, be together, and prepare to lay someone so deeply loved to rest.

Because of this, we will be pausing lessons, farm tours, and other non-essential farm activities at this time and plan to resume our normal schedule Monday, August 24. Please also understand that responses to messages may be a little slower than usual during this time.

For those who knew my grandma, knew of her through our family, or simply care about us and the Hilltop family, I wanted to share her obituary here so anyone who would like to read about her, leave a memory, or find service information is able to do so.

Thank you for the love, patience, prayers, and understanding being shown to our family as we say goodbye to the woman who has been at the heart of it for so many years. 🤍

It's that exciting time of year again, and we are absolutely beaming with pride for our incredible group showing at Johnson County! This year, we have 10 amazing girls and 11 magnificent horses ready to shine. We are truly awestruck by the dedication, countless hours, and sheer hard work these girls have poured in over the past year, and we simply cannot wait to witness their talent and passion on display throughout this week.
