Iron City Eats will be setup and serving right outside of the Tap Room location from 3p-7p.

Loaded tots, quesadillas and more! Menu to be announced.

Seating for 60 inside and 48 outside.

Just got home after working a crazy busy Thursday with our first Sicilian offering.

I want to thank everyone that took the time to visit us to try our Sicilian pizza.

We officially broke the record for most pizzas sold in the form of slices with 40 pizzas.

One of the biggest challenges was making everything on the fly and getting orders out in a timely fashion.

Our team rose to the challenge and I'm proud how everyone worked under pressure to close with a sellout evening right around 730p.

We received a lot of positive feedback and hope everyone enjoyed their pizza tonight.

Once again we couldn't do what we love to do without the support of all of our customers and friends.

Much love from the Bloom Brew staff and we look forward to seeing you again next week.

Here's the first round draft list at the Bloom Brew Tap Room in West Newton available today starting at 4p.

Thursday April 23rd will be the first day we are offering our Sicilian style pizza at the Bloom Brew Tap Room in West Newton from 4p-8p.

The weather forecast looks great with a high of 77° and sunny 🌞

We will only be offering slices for the next few weeks until we get an idea of the volume we are going through. Hopefully we can begin selling whole Sicilians shortly thereafter.

The Sicilian slices are roughly 5x5 and larger than our Detroit slices.

Slices will be $5 with your choice of plain cheese, pepperoni or sausage with 3 additional toppings at no extra cost.
1. Hot Honey
2. Basil reduction
3. Whipped ricotta

Large side salads $7 with some made in house dressings.

Large cookies $3 made in house.

Please be patient with us as this will be our opening night making this style of pizza.
