Labor Day
Today is a day set aside to recognize hard work and the people whose dedication helps our farms, businesses, and communities continue to grow.
Here on the farm, “labor” is something we know well. It’s early mornings, long days, dirty hands, harvest seasons, fixing what breaks, and simply doing the work that needs to be done. For 70 years, generations of our family and so many hardworking individuals have had a hand in caring for this farm. 🫐
Today is also a reminder that while there is value in hard work, there is value in rest, too.
We’re thankful for the work God has given us, the people He has placed beside us, and the opportunity to care for what He has entrusted to us.
