Leftover potatoes in here from last night and leftover onions and peppers from Monday night put all together it's almost a potatoes O'Brien omelette whatever you call it it's really yummy.

I've been busy gathering mangoes and I will be making a three batches of jelly very soon.

Just 12 jars of jelly left from the last batch I will be trying to make another batch before Christmas but I can't guarantee it so buy these while they're here and maybe that will force me to make another batch before Christmas and New Year's
