For several years we have been making and serving our unique arepas as a family business
throughout events, concerts, and farmer markets all over the South Florida area. A dream that started in Venezuela, grew even bigger in the heads of founders Luis and Maria
when they immigrated with their family to California in 2008 and, 4 years later in 2012 Toc Toc
was born in Florida, and has become a stap
le of street food in the area. From chorizo and bacon stuffed, to vegetable filled delicacies that would make any vegetarianโs
mouth water, we have loved every second of serving the community these delicious and
gluten-free meals. Each year we have continued to grow at rates that would make any restaurant jealous, thanks
to you and everyone that has decided to give our unique arepas a shot. If you don't know what our arepas are, they are corn-dough, naturally gluten-free patties split
right in the middle like a sandwich and are originally from Venezuela and Colombia in Latin
America, with stuffings including cheese, shredded chicken, crisped pork skin, beef, tomato,
avocado, and many more! Now they are eaten mainly all around the world in different ways. This history has led us to join with our great friend of many years, Franco, who has a great
passion for good food, in addition to bringing a long experience in the restaurant business, who
accompanies us to take our Street Food offer, via delivery, to the places where our customers
are, through our first two ghost kitchens located in Miami Beach and Wynwood, Miami. In this way, our brand evolves and becomes TocToc Latin Kitchen, having decided to expand our
menu, offering the same ingredients with which we fill our arepas, now in bowls so that our
customers can enjoy them in this presentation, with sides such as white rice, black beans and
quinoa all combined on a bed of kale. We will also have provocative appetizers that will be
everyone's madness.
