So I played with this recipe I found! Just a bit.
Chunks of apple, celery and peeled cukes with a white vinegar pickle brine and mustard seed, celery seed and a touch of dill! It tasted fantastic.
Also made:
NEW honey lemon HOT pepper jelly with hot honey and less sugar
Peach habanero/jalapeno pepper jelly Hot
Cherry red fresno/jalapeno pepper jelly Hot
Pineapple jalapeno pepper jelly Hot
Citrus Marmalade - orange lemon grapefruit which smelled AMAZING

Honestly I love being in the kitchen creating things!!!
Huge shout out to Mom who keeps me company and volunteers her helping hands to keep me from being behind in tasks.

It's going to be a busy day in the kitchen!! I sold out of candied jalapenos at one of my last vendor events so I am making more plus a batch of pineapple candied jalapenos.
Watermelon rind pickles, strawberry watermelon jam and more swedish and dill pickles.
