BBQ Pulled Pork Fritos Bowls 🤎

Ingredients:
* 1 large bag Fritos Scoops
* 3-4 cups cooked pulled pork
* 1 (28 oz) can Bush’s Original Baked Beans
* 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
* 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* 2 cups prepared coleslaw
* 1 container French’s Crispy Fried Onions
* Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions:
1. Warm the pulled pork in a saucepan or microwave until heated through.
2. In a separate saucepan, heat the baked beans. Stir in about ½ cup of the BBQ sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. Divide Fritos Scoops among serving bowls.
4. Spoon the BBQ baked beans over the Fritos.
5. Add a generous scoop of warm pulled pork on top.
6. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the pulled pork.
7. Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese while everything is still hot so the cheese begins to melt.
8. Top with a scoop of creamy coleslaw.
9. Finish with crispy fried onions and, if desired, chopped green onions.
10. Serve immediately while the Fritos are still crunchy.
