Silky, creamy and nutty. This Whipped White Chocolate Pistachio Ganache is the perfect filling and frosting for cakes, macrons and tarts. Make it by following 5 simple steps with just 3 ingredients! ( 4 optional)

TOP TIPS AND TRICKS
* White chocolate: Make sure you use good quality chocolate for the best results. Your ganache will look and taste better with quality chocolate. You can also use white chocolate chips instead ( we use Merckens)
* Microwave: Do not heat up your chocolate for more than 30 seconds in the microwave as this may result in burnt chocolate.
* Stir: Make sure you stir the chocolate in between heating. This will prevent the mixture from getting stuck together.
* Pistachio - Use good-quality pistachio paste or puree for the best flavor. ( we use Pisti cream of pistachio from Sicily). You can also add a drop of green food coloring if you want to intensify the color.

- Does whipped ganache hardens?

Yes. When the whipped ganache is left at room temperature or refrigerated, then it will eventually harden. For this reason, it is essential to work quite quickly when you are using ganache.

- How long does ganache last in the fridge?

Ganache can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.

- How long does it take for the ganache to set?

It usually takes Ganache 2 hours to set in the fridge and 5-6 hours to set at room temperature.

- How do you thicken the ganache?

Hello Colleen Voss & everyone! This is the sugar cookie recipe we use and had been using for a long time, it’s by Lulu & Stone, had tried so many others and this one has been just right, the cookies are not overwhelmingly sweet that take way from the other elements of the cookies.
