🌶️🌱 Things are finally starting to slow down here at Short Creek Farm, and we can officially catch our breath! 😂🚜

That means we can finally get back to one of our favorite things… taking you behind the scenes and showing you what really goes on around the farm! ❤️

🌶️ First up… our PEPPER PLANTS! Did you know we don't just say goodbye to our pepper plants when summer ends? Nope! We move them into our greenhouse and keep them growing year after year! That's one of our little secrets to growing SO MANY peppers! Some of our pepper plants are actually TALLER THAN WE ARE! 😳🌶️

🧽 And guess what else? We successfully grew LOOFAHS this year! Yes, actual loofahs that grow on vines! 😂 We're so excited to get these ready for the farm store, and we can't wait to show you more about them!

❄️🌱 And that's just the beginning! Over the next few weeks, we'll be taking you along as we transform Short Creek Farm from our summer growing season into our winter setup!

There's a whole lot more that goes into farming than just planting seeds and picking vegetables, and we can't wait to show you what happens behind the scenes!

🛒 And don't forget… OUR FARM STORE IS STILL OPEN! Just because things are slowing down in the fields doesn't mean we're closing up shop! 😂 We still have goodies waiting for you, so make sure you stop by and see what we've got!

Yep… a whole quarter. At this point, grab a few for dinner, make zucchini bread, fry them, grill them, hide them in your neighbor’s mailbox… 😂😂
