The tours have begun, starting with a trip to one of our favorite long-standing Calabrian wineries, STATTI 1784. We not only learned about their wine and olive cultivation, but also about their pink pepper trees and other amazing things around the 300-hectare lands.

It was an amazing experience!

You know a place is sacred when the whole town walks toward it at night, torches in hand, voices rising into the dark. This weekend every year, Vena di Maida does just that for Maria Santissima di Bellacava — the Lady who appeared to a shepherd near the grove, centuries ago, and never really left. The fiaccolata wound through the streets. The bells rang out. And somewhere in that crowd, in that same soil that grows our olives, we felt it again: this land doesn’t just make oil. It makes miracles feel close🕯️🫒
