Year 7 is here. 🍯🔥

Our 7th Anniversary Mead starts with orange blossom and meadowfoam blossom honeys, then is aged with mango, hibiscus, and Citra hops.

The result is something a little bigger than what we normally make — weighing in at 16.5% ABV.

Year 7 needed a little extra time.

We think it was worth the wait.

Filtering day. 🍯

One of the most important steps in our meadmaking process happens right here.

Filtering doesn’t just clarify the mead — it helps create stability, consistency, and a cleaner overall drinking experience. We also find it helps flavors present brighter and more defined in the glass.

A lot of work goes into every bottle and can before it ever reaches your hands. This is one of those behind-the-scenes steps most people never see.
