Hello all,
Pls take note of our new pickup location.
936 Joan Terrace, West Reading 19611
Entrance is through the back, and it gets real confusing with the gps, so I hope this picture helps.
When you turn onto Joan Terrace, from Parkside Drive S, there will be a driveway on your right. Once you turn into the driveway, I am on the left.

Who doesn't like a good fresh tub of pesto?
Here is a nut free, dairy free version that goes great on just about anything!
Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper to taste
Blend all items except the oil in a blender or food processor. While it's still blending, slowly pour in the oil. Blend until sauce forms. Might need to add a drop more oil for better consistency.
