Baked Salmon with Sweet Potato and Asparagus
Ingredients:
Salmon fillets
Sweet potatoes (sliced)
Asparagus spears
Olive oil
Lemon
Dill (fresh or dried)
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Arrange sliced sweet potatoes and asparagus around the salmon.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and vegetables, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
