We haven’t posted in a long time but we made a jalapeño 🌶🫑🍺 hefeweizen recently that turned out pretty good! Just bottled a double IPA yesterday that will have an ABV of about 8.1! 🤤

I know it’s not Maibock season, but we are going to try and ferment and Lager this using Mother Nature. This is either going to be a complete disaster or a wild ride that turns out delicious. Either way, just gonna send it.

Fiona saw a ghost! Spooky season is here folks and that can only mean one thing…Pumpkins, lattes, Ugg’s, stouts, etc.

Put those things all together and you have our newest Pumpkin Spice Latte Stout. “Ugg’s Not Included” comes in at a very warm and welcoming 7.3%. This bad boy will be ready for drinking on Halloween!

Did some brewing today. Plenty of hops but not entirely an IPA??? Hmmm, stay tuned. This beauty will be ready to drink in about 6-8 weeks!

In other news we just popped open our first few Tiki Tour IPA’s and they are delightful. And in just a about a week or so we will be releasing a honey saison!
