June Farms is a small bar/restaurant, cabin site & private party/wedding venue in New York's beautiful Hudson Valley region. June Farms is a charming, small farm located on 120 acres in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. We specialize in working with “heritage breeds”, traditional livestock breeds that were raised by our ancestors centuries ago. All of our animals are pasture raised, they have access to plenty of fresh grass, and they are treated with love and respect. In addition to our livestock program, we also offer lodging in our beautiful cabins, giving you the opportunity to see how wonderful it is to live & work on a small farm. If interested, we can teach you how to work with Shire Horses, rotate cattle on pasture, or simply enjoy the company and the positive energy that comes with being surrounded by fresh air and healthy, happy animals. June Farms is also available for your wedding, private party or company retreat. We feel that you will fall in love with the charm & tranquility of the land, barns and animals at our farm, and we are confident you will have the experience of a lifetime.

June Farms is seeking a Culinary Partner for November through May… ideally longer.

We are looking for a talented chef, restaurant, caterer, or small food business interested in operating the food program at June Farms during our fall and winter season.

This is a unique opportunity to essentially operate your own restaurant concept at June Farms without the expense and commitment of opening another restaurant.

Our culinary partner would provide dinner service Wednesday through Saturday from 5–9 PM, serving June Farms overnight guests as well as local customers.

You would have access to our Stone House commercial kitchen, Le Panyol wood-fired oven, and Snack Bar service area.

The arrangement is intentionally simple: there is no traditional rent. You would be responsible for your utilities and operating expenses, and you would keep your food sales.

In addition to regular dinner service, there would be opportunities to provide food for holiday parties, private events, cabin guests, special dinners and other events taking place at June Farms throughout the season.

June Farms would also help promote the culinary program through our social media, email list and existing guest audience.

We are especially interested in finding a small business that views this as more than a temporary pop-up. Our hope is to establish a long-term culinary partnership with someone who shares our commitment to quality, hospitality and community.

If you are interested, please send us a brief introduction about yourself or your business, your culinary concept, and a sample menu to [email protected]
