Gluten free dark chocolate sponge, filled with lemon curd, topped by chocolate ganache. 6” x 6”. Very decadent. I had fun with this smaller quicker cake, so I experimented with making a shield out of a parchment liner to keep my board clean while icing. Thank you for letting me play Tucker Maney!
