Hi guys Unfortunately I won’t be opening Monday, I have another inspection Monday and I am still waiting for the BOH to call me back for the re-Inspection hopefully they will today 🥺

My apologies, I am ready but sadly this is how it is, getting a team of people together takes time and I can’t control what’s not in my hands when it comes to the city It’s and their “process”

I will keep you posted if everything goes well I will open Tuesday if not Wednesday we will see 😐.

Here is our delicious menu crafted exclusively for the everyday worker serving you 7 AM to 2 PM and our healthcare community in the area!

We are a grab and go breakfast and lunch place that focuses on serving you so that you don’t waste your entire lunch waiting for the food and you’re able to go back to work and enjoy your meal!! 🥘

Our goal is not only to be efficient, but to also be done in a timely manner, because a lot of the people that we serve about 80% are everyday workers for many different places and lines of work! At bistro 27 we offer you homemade delicious meals that also give you culturally flavors!

We have an opening date! Since our inspections are going into next week, we have decided on an opening date of MONDAY JUNE 22nd 2026

With a pending 🙏🏻 Grand opening date for Thursday @ 5:30 pm to cut the ribbon 🎀💚💚

Come get your Delicious Avena, crema de maíz or farina everyday ready for you starting at 7am.

Thank you for your patience and understanding these past three months. It has not been easy but with the grace and strength of the Lord, we got this.

Good morning 😃 y buenos días my beautiful people, my customers and family of BISTRO 27 🫶🏻🫶🏻THE BISTRO is now a Grab and Go no Dining in we have chairs just for waiting 🤗 our goal is that you don’t wait longer than 15 min for your orders creating ways to give you all a LOYALTY SYSTEM!

After 10 wks of being closed and remodeling I want to share with you all I am ready for all the permits this week coming up, God willing WE pass 🥹🤗 we will be opening NEXT WEEK!!!

Yess you see that RIGHT 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I can’t wait to serve you and cook a delicious breakfast or Lunch 🤗 our daily specials just got better and more to come as we go 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Good morning! Buenos días!

Yesterday someone reported my google reviews saying that I do fake engagements 🙁🥺google had banned anyone from posting reviews because I violated their policy by “having fake reviews”

I have worked so, so hard to get this Bistro known and the best way is GOOGLE, this is so damaging to my reputation and makes me sad someone would do that. 🙁

They are investigating and will take down the reviews that are “fake” I know in my heart all of the people who leave reviews are customers who have had their great experiences with us.

Please I ask 🙏🏻 don’t do this again, if there’s anything that bothers you reach out, I can wholeheartedly tell you those reviews are REAL.

Good morning 😃 muy buenos días!

As the last touches approach, I am excited to see you all soon, it’s been a few weeks and through this time we have not only made changes to the BISTRO 27, but new menu, new registers, new items, new colors, new vibes and lots of delicious food lined up for daily specials!

Everything on the menu is under $13.00 keeping in mind that I Am here TO SERVE THE EVERYDAY WORKER! Developing ways to keep you all informed of our Day to Day meals! I look forward to opening up in the beginning of the week in the next two weeks and having a gran opening on a Friday afternoon. So many of you. Lots of you can attend to this amazing celebration.🎉

‼️‼️‼️Also RECENTLY I LOST THE CELL phone to Jenni’s Kitchen LLC. loosing a lot of contacts and things that had to do with the restaurant! My NEW phone arrived so as of today please feel free to text‼️‼️‼️
