June 26!! Processed packed and ready!!!! Whole roasting chickens 🐓 and breasts, and 🥓BACON 🥓 finally!!

👍We just restocked quite a few items.
Pork chops, 🥩fresh and smoked Ham steaks, pork cutlets, racks of ribs, butt roasts and loin roasts.
Bratwurst links, 🫘 ground pork, sweet Italian sausage, breakfast sausage.
Also plenty of hamburger 🍔!
And 2 nice beef briskets left.
Starting this Sunday we have smoked KIELBASA available!
June 28: whole roasting chickens 🐓 and breasts, and BACON 🥓 finally!!

See below for info on what we estimate to expect from this 1300 lb cow. will yield approximately 450-550 lbs of take home ready cuts.
Split 8 ways would be approximately 50-70 lbs of take home beef per share.
Subject to vary, but we estimate this would include:
~25 - 35 lbs of hamburger in 1-2 lb packages
~10-15 lbs of steaks - Ribeyes, T-Bones, Sirloin, and Top Round steaks.
~8 -10 lbs of stew meat and kabob meat
~ 5-8 lbs of finger ribs,
~ 3 lbs Brisket
