We are getting ready to send some pigs to the butcher. Let us know if you’re interested in some wood lot raised pork. This isn’t like store bought pork. Our pork is raised outside, in the woods, the way it should be. This means our pork has fat on it, and our pork chops actually look like ribeyes.

Really regretting my decision to let Erynne keep Freedom as a “pet”. I received a cell cam pic yesterday from one of my trail cameras, telling me he was about half a mile away on the back border of our property. And then later he tried going out into the street.
