Our Italian Garlic Parmesan Focaccia is topped with roasted Italian peppers, fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s soft and fluffy on the inside with that perfectly crisp, golden crust on the outside.

It’s delicious on its own, dipped in olive oil, served alongside pasta, or used to make the most incredible sandwich.

Have a quick question for my Flour Haven family! 🤎

How many of you are gluten-free, or have someone in your household who is?

I have an Uncle who is GF and I have been baking for he and I for many years at times. I’ve been considering adding some homemade gluten-free treats to the menu, but I’d love to hear from you first. Is that something you’d be interested in seeing from Flour Haven?

If so, tell me:
🥖 Are you completely gluten-free as an allergy or just prefer gluten-free options?
🍪 What gluten-free goodies would you love to see? (Cookies, muffins, granola, breads, desserts…?)
