Thursdays we are stepping away from the smoke to showcase our celebrated sweet tea brined fried chicken.

It’s alpha-gal friendly, dairy free and was awarded Best Fried Chicken in Boston a buncha times- ‘nuff said! We’ll serve this as a two-piece fried chicken platter or fried chicken sandwich platter with seasonal sides from our farmer friends and dessert, how fun!

Fried Chicken Platter:
• Two pieces of crispy sweet tea brined fried chicken with thyme and lemon. (AGF, DF)

Fried Chicken Sandwich:
• Crispy sweet tea brined chicken thigh, ranch, shredded iceberg and housemade pickles on a brioche bun

Both platters are served with seasonal and nostalgic sides:

• Cucumber salad w/ lime, onion & herb (AGF/DF/GF/V)
• BBQ roasted cauliflower w/ salsa verde (AGF/DF/GF/V)
• Waffle fries w/ cheddar & malt vinegar powder
• Japanese milk buns w/ black pepper butter (two piece fried chicken platter only)
• Seasonal fruit crisp (AGF/DF/GF/V)

BYOB is encouraged, although we do provide non-alcoholic refreshments 😎🍗☀️

What a beautiful first Supper The Beach Plum Inn on Thursday!

We’ll be releasing the Eventbrite this weekend for next Thursday, July 9th for 50 seats under the Menemsha sunset.

We’re excited to write next week’s menu as we see what’s coming out of the ground, off the land and out of the waters for us to cook for you!

In the meantime, there’s Sunday BBQ 😎🐖

What makes these weekly Suppers at The Beach Plum Inn so special is the commitment to sourcing from the Martha’s Vineyard farmers, fishermen, makers, and purveyors who also happen to be our neighbors, friends, and colleagues.

As a chef, it’s a privilege to shake hands with the people who grow, raise, harvest, catch, and craft the ingredients that find their way onto our table. Their work begins long before ours does- our responsibility is simply to honor it.

I’m just a guy that puts salt on stuff and heats it up- the real work happens in the fields, on the water and in the countless small businesses across this island. These Suppers are a celebration of their craft as much as my own. 😎

We will introduce specials throughout the season as we find out footing. Expect to see:

• Beef ribs
