I once was overweight weighing 197 pounds and had ZERO MOTIVATION to get up and workout. I tried all sorts of diet’s and even tried to starve myself. Nothing seemed to work. I was extremely unhealthy and on the verge of having health issues.
I had to learn that motivation got me started and it took strict discipline to keep me going.
I won’t tell you it was easy because it wasn’t BUT it was worth every ounce of sweat.
I am far from done but I am currently one year in on my journey, weighing in at 145 and I feel better than I’ve ever felt.
I have a real life testimony and I know what has worked for myself and my team.
