THE COMPLETE POLICY will be sent by email or messenger before an order is placed. Please read it carefully, once order is placed the customer acknowledges and assumes responsibility that they have read and fully understand the policy. ORDERS/DEPOSITS
-Orders MUST be placed no later than 18 days from the date of the event. EXCEPT large custom orders. (All information in FULL policy)
-Orders and/or

dates are NOT GUARANTEED by unless paid within three (3) days after consult.
-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required.
-Final payment is due the day PRIOR to pick up, Sweet Sculptures will not release the product if not paid in full.
